Masterwatt can produce integrated heating systems typically consisting in ready-for-use assemblies hosted on compact skids or packages.

Our typical production of skids and packages includes:

1. Electric heat exchangers equipped with control panels dedicated to power supply and process control. Skids may include as necessary control units and safety devices (e.g. valves, sensors, level sensors, etc.). Most significant installations are: heating sections being part of gas reduction stations, hydraulic and diathermic oil-based plants, air heating exchangers, steam production and overheating systems.

2. Tanks provided with an internal fluid heating system, inclusive of temperature and process control functions

3. Air duct heaters consisting of: electric heater, fan, control panel dedicated to power supply and process control, safety and control sensors.

4. Local Operator Boards located aside the heater or the heat exchanger

Our production ranges from the standard IP42÷65 protection degree constructions to the more demanding executions that suitable for potentially explosive areas (ATEX – Zone 1 / 2 – Execution IIB / IIC).

Our assembled skids and packages can be manufactured using several different materials.

1. Medium level plants made of CARBON STEEL, or stainless steel AISI316 – AISI316Ti – AISI321 – AISI304.

2. Plants for highly corrosive fluids made of INCONEL 600 – TITANIUM.

3. Plants for high temperature applications made of INCOLOY 800.
