ATR242 Three setpoints controller

Three-setpoints controller size 48x48mm with frontal extraction.

Analog input configurable for thermocouples J, K, S, R, PT100, PTC, NI100,

linear signals 0..10V, o..20mA, 4..20Ma, 0..40mV (for load cells). Double 4-digits display (green and red), visualization of process and setpoint values.

3 outputs: 1 change-over relay 8A resistive, 2 relays 5A selectable for command or alarm (band, deviation, general), one output is configurable also for SSR control or 4…20mA (command or retransmission of setpoint or process).

One digital input is available for switch of setpoint (setpoint 1-setpoint2) , Hold function (useful with infrared sensors to hold the visualized measurement ) and Loop break alarm with SSR series S.

Heating PID (OUT1) and Cooling PID (OUT2) plus eventual alarm is an useful feature for applications in the plastics industry (extruders, injection moulding machines).

Memory card allows a quick start-up with easy download of all parameters and cycle data.

The unit may also be configured by parameter as Programmer for simple firing cycles.

Function Open/Close with Open loop for motorised valves also available, as well as the possibility to control manually the percentage of output power.
